October allows us to celebrate ESOPs (employee stock ownership plans) and all of our employee-owners.

Being a part of an ESOP allows our employee-owners to build wealth by working for the company. They do not personally put any money into their accounts. The money grows from company success. The employees know that their efforts will make an impact on the company stock price, and therefore, how much money they will get after retirement.
